Sears Auto Center

I need to change my opinion on the auto center after being spoken to by some young and immature person.. apparently they were short on personnel and I was continually put on hold and I just did not care to wait and when I called back after many attempts, this person complained that I did not wait on hold.... really? He actually raised his voice and made me wrong and when I let him know that he was out of line, he did not listen and then I hung up and called and spoke with someone who said that the manager of that department would call me back.. this was three days ago....maybe this review will get their attention and I am willing to change it after my needs are taken care of... but until then........ I would give them zero if I could...

Always Professional, fast and Friendly. I've used Sears Auto for all my vehicles and never have had any issues with their Service. From the Techs to the front end as well as the manager. Grateful Tucson Mall location is still open and has great Service. Thanks Y'all
