It's ran by a Iranian Muslim, He says his name is Tony but Hamit Tadayon. He's a dangerous drunk. Sense the 1st time I met him he's continuesly showing up were ever I'm at & harassing me. At 1st calling me a POS cracker & so on but now he says he's going to kill me, "I'm going to shoot you dead." Than from what I hear I'm not his 1st.

Terrible customer service. Refused check or card payment held car hostage and threatened violence when I complained about the inconvenience. Left wet carpets in trunk and defaced my key chain.

I brought my Toyota FJ Cruiser in for a complete detail solely based on the location of the business. I was not aware of the other reviews at that time. At the shop, they seemed professional and the price was in line. My FJ hadn't been detailed in a while so I was dubious as to how it may come out. The owner assured me that as he had been in the detail business for 25 years, I had nothing to worry about. I picked up the car later that day. They did a great job. There was even some paint my brother had spilled on the cloth seat-back that they were able to remove. The headliner had grease on it from my bike. Gone like it never happened! I had some pretty noticeable scratches on the sides from (light) off-roading through the native plants. Desert Pinstripe he called it (haha). All buffed and very hard to spot now. Paint and exterior look great. It's been about a week and I've had several compliments from friends who can't get over the difference since, as I said, it had not been detailed in a while. One person said it looked like new. So... I have to say, 5 stars. I nit picked a little when I got there on a couple of VERY minor items and they took care of them on the spot. They don't take credit card and the owner was a bit gruff. Doesn't bother me in the least. I only care about how my Cruiser looks. It came out great.

BROKE MY TRUCK. There's no doubt in my mind that whoever detailed my truck worked extremely hard. It looked like new. However... The owner, who I'm only now only learning isn't the most ethical of business owners, refuses to help or take any responsibility for the damages to my vehicle. They were late completing the project and really I'm OK with that. I'd rather the truck be done right than rushed to get it out on time. I rented a vehicle to use while the work was being done and I had to pay for another day. Again that's fine. However... Only after I told them how awesome the truck looked and gave them $350 + $50 tip that I discovered the truck wasn't running correctly. It felt like it was running off 2 of the 6 cylinders. They offered to use their own mechanic but at this point I don't want a car wash trying to Mickey Mouse my truck back together to get me out of their hair. So I used my mechanic a few blocks down. Because I had work they offered to pick my truck up from my house free of charge and call me when it was finished. The truck ran perfect at this time. I recently had it tuned up by a local mechanic, the same that would diagnose the broken truck after detailing. Long story short, The owner, who I'm now learning works under a fake name, won't take any responsibility and refuses to take my calls. He told me on two separate occasions, that he has "a customer on the other line", and just hangs up. The sad thing about this is that the mechanic's quote is practically the same amount that he charged me for the detail. I told Mr. Hamit Tadayon, the owner, that he could speak with the mechanic directly, because I really don't want to have anything to do with this process to begin with. I brought my truck to you, and now it doesn't work right. Rather than make things right he's ignoring me and keeping the money. There are plenty of reputable detail services in this city. Don't waste your time here.
