Western Differential

This shop worked on my straight axle truck to make it ride smoother on the road. After the owner finished the job, the truck was worst than before. Rides like there's no shocks or leaf springs! The owner performed the worst build that I have ever seen in my life! Installed the wrong pitman arm (rubs on the leaf springs when making turns), and installed the wrong length leaf springs (so long that the shackles are at full extension, totally eliminating the purpose of the shackles), Even after bringing theses issues up, the owner never attempted or offered to fix it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

Miss understanding about prices can happen, HOWEVER, BEING RUDE MARK,!, TREATING PEOPLE LIKE DIRT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAPPEN TO AGREE WITH A CONVERSATION JUST SHOWS YOUR IGNORANCE,!, AND THEN,,,,, TELL PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT OBTAIN A PART FOR AN AUTO FOR 3 DAYS, WHEN IT TOOK ME ALL OF 5 MINUTES TO FIND THE PART, THEN OFFER MORE EXCUSES,,, HAS TO BE ONE OF THE POOREST EXAMPLES OF DEALING WITH ANY BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE ! I WOULD PURCHASE A BRAND NEW AUTO BEFORE I WOULD EVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN ,,;

Don't bother this Western Differential because they are very busy and have lots of business. Go do business with other specialty shops.
