Will never buy a vehicle from here. I was just told that due to covid they have to charge $3k extra on an outgoing model ranger. This is like going to Starbucks and being told the coffee is $14 because they are struggling to get cups. I wonder why Ford and GM are losing market share!

Called in over 2 months ago to get a replacement key for my father's Lincoln. When I didn't get a call back, I contact a salesperson that I know and was able to get the full day appointment scheduled for a replacement key. You can imagine my surprise at 10:11 when I received a text that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. So it really didn't require an entire day to replace a key. But the real surprise was when I went to pick the Lincoln up. The charge for a new key was $442.37!!! I asked why I wasn't told of the cost in the beginning and was told that I asked to get it done so they didn't think that they needed to offer an estimate. then I review the invoice and it states that I was provided an estimate of $399.95 and that they contacted me at 9:02 and approved an addition of $45.05. None of this happened. I was instructed to sign the invoice which states that I was provided the estimates. Watch you picket when you stop by and make sure you get an estimate. I had expected the key would be about $150. I could have purchased two on line for $125. Not a great way to treat customers.
