The agent I called 3 days in a row put me on hold hung up on me several times put me through customer service knowing they where closed so I was wasting my time on hold I having to work all lday needed prove of insurance didn't get that . then I got pulled over of course I had to call pay and get prove while pulled over on the 1-10 ...

Always have issues when contacting this office and any other office including the main one in Phx. They always tell me that the policy number is cancelled, put me on hold for 10min+ either transfer me to another rep or hang up on me. If they don't hang up on me they give me the run around that the policy number is assigned to someone else. I have to literally say I NEED YOUR HELP TO FIX THIS for them to tell me something other than this is cancelled. I GET A STATEMENT FROM THE COMPANY, EXAMPLE GAINSCO, WITH MY MONTHLY DUE EVERY MONTH. I've paid on before or on time every single month online because I don't want to contact the office. They either need to get a more updating system or get reps that want to do their job. I absolutely only call if I need to renew it or have serious questions BUT I never get the help I need. I deal with this because the payments are very low. DEFINITELY NOT renewing my policy with Citywide Insurance even if it means to pay more.
