I came to this body shop because of course I own a Nissan and I get the maintenance done across the street and they have always done a good job but the body shop is horrible 0/10! I came to get an estimate done for my car since recently I got into a minor car accident. They took picture of my car and say they have the estimate done by today or on Monday since theyre short staffed right now. Now I understand about being short staffed and over worked so I didnt ask about it for two weeks but I called on Friday no one answered. So I called today and talked to a guy to see if I can get an update on my estimate for my car but he said that hell call me later and never did. So I call again around 4pm no one answered, called again Lisa answered and when I was talking hanged up in my face. So I call again then she proceeded to scream Hello, I cant hear you, hello hello hello,are you there. At this point Im done worst experience ever. Service: Body & Trim

I asked about the safety seat belt not working properly, they told me what it would cost to repair, without take a look at the safety seat belt instead of watching out for me, they could of taken a look it was just twisted with in the retraction. They could of taken a look and solved it in 1 minutes or less.

I've been dealing with this body shop for a year to get my bumper on my truck fixed. I don't get phone calls back I always have to call any voicemails. They have poor communication with my insurance company. And do not give updates on anything I just had to leave work to find out something he could have told me over the phone if they would have answered. I have been calm and collective for a year and now I'm just extremely frustrated with this company. What when my brother work there it was a much better company. I will not be recommending this company or using them ever again. Service: Body & Trim
