Broadway In Tucson

Terrible experience with customer service. Canceled shows (Covid) understandably but then gave me dates I could not attend and would not allow changes. Waste of almost $200

Broadway of Tucson is fantastic. The shows are Broadway quality. My wife, who is from the NY area, and has seen countless Broadway shows, is always totally delighted with Broadway of Tucson! I love it as well. We have seen Hamilton and My Fair Lady so far this year and were thrilled with both shows! Bravo!!! Thanks to Broadway of Tucson for a great venue and wonderful shows!

If I could give a zero, I would. As a result of the pandemic, all of my season tickets were moved to 2021/2022. I am only able to attend two of the shows on the new dates. Given the ticket reassurance on the web site, which promises they will work with you on dates and/or provide a refund, I reached out for a refund. I want to attend the two shows, which are Hamilton and My Fair Lady. I received a pretty curt message from Customer Service telling me that two shows isn't enough for a season package so I either have to keep the package or I have to take a refund for the whole season. Some "assurance" policy. I realize it's not their fault that this happened, but it's also not my fault. They should have offered other ways to work with me, but apparently that's not in their customer service policy.
