I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BAMBOO CLUB. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. CLEAN AND VERY NICE ENVIRONMENT. OUTSIDE THE PARK PLACE MALL A DEFINITE BEFORE A MOVIE. NICE BAR AND GREAT PRICES ON DRINKS AND FOOD. NOT ONLY THAT THE STAFF IS SO NICE. QUICK EFFICIENT AND COMFORTING!!!!

Don't usually write many reviews. But this place deserves the single star I gave it based on the fact that I know they intentionally food poisoned me. I work in the mall where its located and ordered from them regularly. I once inquired, politely, as to why a simple salad took more than 20 minutes to prepare especially considering it was a very slow time of year. I got my salad and went back to my office and my coworker saw it and decided she wanted the same salad as mine. She ordered and got gets within minutes and returned to our office. I happened to look at her salad, after having already eaten most of mine, of course, and noticed hers looked visibly fresher than mine did. I ended up being sick for days after this and I know for certain it was because of bamboo club as it was the only thing I ate that day. I refuse to go back since. No matter how good the food is. The service is absolutely horrendous!

The most awful service I have had in years. Having worked in restaurants for years this was a huge disappointment. We were seated right away and waited around 15 minutes before someone came. The waiter was apologetic and said our waitress was busy so he would take our orders. We ordered everything at once, the pri-fix and waited... and waited... that summed up the whole night. Waited for the appetizer, it finally came and we waited a good 15 minutes before someone came to collect the dishes, with the main, it finally came we ate and the dishes were sitting there for around 20 minutes. Went outside for to finish our wine came in and waited again. The dishes were still there, finally realized our desert was not coming and reminded someone, they left and after another 15 minutes we left too. I will never go to Bamboo club again. Growing up with an Asian chef in the family has led me to become a tough critique of Chinese food. IT was OK, a bit overly salty, the hot and sour was very nice, other than that if you want good service don't waste your time, your fortune cookie will probably say : You have been very patient and a sucker for waiting.

Went there yesterday and dealt with Joshua and this other woman. We sat at the bar, my friends and I. The place was slow, so you figure any business is good business right? Wrong. The guy literally snickers and gets mad that we ordered water to start out even though its a hundred degrees outside. He checks our ids when we first sat down, and after only one of us is drinking alcohol he rolls his eyes and says 'guess I didn't have to check our ids.' We sat through it anyway even though I told my friends we should just go if it was that much of a problem. The bad service continued as I witnessed the bartender and the girl helping looking over at us whispering things on several occasions. Oh, I forgot to mention he asked for our food and drink order 3 times within being there for 5 minutes. And he only gave us one menu. My friend ordered a long island iced tea and he forgot to make it. After 20 minutes, we asked the girl helping him to make it. Then he billed it to the wrong check. This after he got mad we weren't ordering drinks right away.. anyways. Thanks Joshua for the brutal insight, showing me the subpar service your restaurant offers. I wont be coming back.
