I scheduled service online for a refrigerator that was not working. The tech was supposed to arrive between 1pm and 5pm. The tracker was updated several times with the last update for arrival between 5pm and 7pm. When the tech did not show at 7pm, customer service was closed. I called the next day and was told there was a "glitch" in the system and the soonest they could reschedule was 8 days out. Completely unacceptable and they were not willing to do anything to make the situation right for their error. Do not use! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I went out and bought a brand new washing machine from General Electric. It broke down after I had two two months. Every time I call we will get back to you in two weeks we will get back to you in two weeks and on and on they always have an excuse why it can't be fixed if they won't replace it. I have a brand new washing machine at my house but still have to go to the laundromat because my washing machine doesn't work and they keep playing around Service: Washer/dryer repair

The customer sevice and the tecnician they have is one of the worst in Tucson arizona, we bought a new GE stove and went bad one of the burners, including some infinity switches , we were scheduled for around tree weeks to get a technician to come and repair the stove , one day before the appointment they called us to let us know that the so called technician would not be able to show at the appointment so they rescheduled for another ten days or so, when that day came one hour before the apointment, they called us to let us know that the technician would show up the next day that is 04/15/2021 they performed the job and left when I used of the burners, it would not go to low temperature it stayed on high all the time, so my food burned out , I called them to let them know about the bad work they did and the only thing they did was to reschedule for 9 more days 04/24/2021...I do not recomend either this company GE appliances Repair and Best Buy the company where we bought this stove, Iam completely disappointed about both companies customer service , Is one of the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
