Office people never answer phones nor are ever in the office. Mail never accepted there. Pool is never open. Tenets live on managements time, it needs to be the opposite. I have a late fee but will not being paying it until I have everything available to me that I signed in my lease

Complex refuses to fix A/C, goes out for a month every six months, no communication or proper setting of expectations for repair. Front Office does not answer the phone, and switches personnel every six months to a year.

Unfortunately, I havent had the best experience with this apartment complex. It took quite awhile to get my A/C fixed, and even that they were taking their time with. I went without A/C during some of the hottest months in Tucson. I email them about issues or questions and never receive responses. I would call and get their voicemail. Im not usually the type of person to post a review like this but this is not acceptable. Ive never found it this hard to get a hold of an apartment complex office.

This is the 2nd time of me reaching out to you regarding my daughters moldy stinky falling apart apartment. We dont know who else to reach out to other than an attorney to try and get this issue resolved! The office people are never available and only go in and out of apartment writing stuff down promising things are going to get fixed and maintenance comes in and out and tried to cover up the moldy areas. This is not healthy and yet rent is being paid but why if this if its not a livable environment?! We have pictures emails and phone calls. She cant even be there because of the smell and the walls are left bare without being covered up while it gets fixed. There are literally mushrooms growing and no one seems to think this is concerning!!! Please advice where and who I need to reach out to!! Would you want to live in a molded i fester apartment and with staff that gives you the run around? I doubt it! We have plenty of pictures to post as well- but are looking for a fix not a cover up! They shouldve been moved a long time ago! Not professional or safe place at all!

Lived here a couple of years the previous manager was amazing . Since she left the apartments have gone down hill you have tenants very upset the office manager is never in the office a sign is on the door each day saying a time she will be back and she is never in the office any day of the week repairs are not completed ever you can call and you will never get a call back from the manager ever worst management you have at this property at the moment will be getting in touch with customer service . You should come to the property randomly Throughout the week to check this location and there will be no manager on property you have tenants with holes in their roofs and no ac in their homes as the units have been broken . And no response from the manager. as you can see on the pic still no manager in the office was suppose to return by 2pm its 4:30pm this is unacceptable
