I love living here & you will too! A lovely safe, quiet, well kept property with so much to offer! Clean spacious townhouse style apartments with unique features close to The property staff are professional & kind. They made the leasing process easy & an actual pleasure. The leasing process felt like being at any 5 star resort SO polite and helpful!!! Brittney is a great leasing agent the best of the best

This is my second time posting an accurate review of Tripalink in Tucson, since they deleted my first one somehow. The staff is extremely unprofessional and lazy. I have never met a leasing company that is super disrespectful and negligent to their tenants needs. I called multiple times for maintenance and parking issues, only to have my problems ignored and hung up on. Also, there are many issues with the property management. Parking is always filled by cars that do not belong to tenants, pool and yard services are not kept and maintained, and maintenance is nonexistent, and there are no notifications when maintenance arrives, they just walk in. I pay around 800 to live here so I expect this place to fulfill my needs and respect my house just like everyone else who rents a place. Neighbors of my unit have already complained to me about these issues as well. In addition, the company charges us for utilities in a way that is unfair and fraudulent. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE, unless you can bear with the issues I just described.

Love this place! Nice apartment, cool furniture and friendly and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dont rent here. They will try and scam you. The place is nice but is poorly built and the furniture is unbelievably cheap. Its best to pay more money to live elsewhere.
