Horrible place to live. Drugs all over the property. Poor management, it takes days to get something fixed. No security. Some tenants can get away with anything while others get in trouble over something petty. This is by far the worst place I've ever lived. The only reason i give this place one star is because i can't post this without giving it something. I tried not to give this place one star.

Horrible management. I lived here for 4 years before Michelle Cunningham at Fort Lowell Realty and Property Management took over management and Ive never felt more disrespected and unsupported as a tenant in all my years of renting an apartment! LA PALOMA APARTMENTS has been run into the ground since they took over! You have to CALL, and CALL, and CALL, and CALL to even get someone on the phone, but oh, MICHELLE Cunningham wont return the phone calls regarding the massive reports about all the DRUG DEALERS shes allowing to live here for months, almost a year, on end and all of the dangerous people they bring around our families DAY IN AND DAY OUT OF ALL HOURS! No, she still hasnt returned our phone calls about the needles and drugs we keep finding around our apartments that her useless landscaping crew Palomas Landscaping wont ever clean up. We still have yet to hear back from her after calls and calls about all the drug traffic waking us up RIGHT NEXT TO OUR WINDOWS day and night. It must nice for her to sleep safe and sound at night knowing that all of this is happening to the people shes raking in money from. Speaking of RAKING, your landscaping crew is a JOKE! THE MOST lazy, bare minimum landscapers this place has seen since Ive lived here. My back yard is more filled with feces and trash debris when they leave than before they show up, THREE times a week. They wouldnt HAVE to come THREE times a week if they did a thorough job at making our community look nicer (Michelles dismissing words) the first time or two. You are a horrible, heartless manager and La Polamas private owner should fire you. Our old landlord, Paul was a major pain the expletive, but Id still take him over Michelle Cunningham ANY. DAY.
