I am making a statement here because I have just spent way too much of my time trying to find an email address for a local distributor of Arctic Glacier Ice. My issue with our recent purchase of your product is that there were huge ice chunks, not ice cubes stuck together, but large, chunks of uncut ice approx. 6"x 5-8". They were useless to me because I wasn't buying ice for a cooler but for home use in drinks. They did make up a lot of the poundage of the bag of ice and just melted in the sink and went down the drain. We buy several bags of ice each week and have not had this problem with your product before but now may have to switch to a different store, one that carries ice from a different company. This is a warning to customers. If you are purchasing bags of ice to be used for parties and drinks...you might try a different ice company.
