Basic cookie cutter homes cheaply made

We are first time home buyers, and we purchased a home in the Park Forest development in Tolleson, AZ and I would never buy another home built by Garrett Walker/Landsea . Our 1 year review they still have not come back and finished the things that needed to be fixed. Not even a year in our home and our brand new ac unit went out because their contractor must have installed incorrectly, my stove did not properly warm up to the temperature, we replaced it ourselves, we had to have them reinstall our carpet, after the carpet was coming up and splitting, which we have been in our home almost 2 years and it is coming up again. They get the cheapest bids for homes and their contractors rush on your home. They still have not come to do our paint touch up correctly, our neighbors had the same experience and one of his walls is a different color. They have very poor quality in home building and customer service. The Forman during our walk through told us we shouldn't be so OCD when buying a home. Our cabinets still do not close correctly, it's just very sad you put so much money into buying a home and they don't care about the quality when building it.
