After 2 hours on the phone with the 'Rooster' lady, nothing got done but piss me off, so into the store we went, and the service we got was AMAZING! We had all 3 people helping us, a total team effort to get us switched over from Sprint, 1 of the salespeople even went to another store to get our new phones, 100% team effort! 5stars
