WORST. SERVICE. EVER. I paid cash for a Volvo in April 2014. When I bought my car, they never fixed any of the issues they said they would (even though they wrote it in the contract). They just kept turning off the Check Engine light every time I took the car to them. After only 6 months, the car was completely inoperable. It took several months and several thousand dollars to get the car running again. These people are crooks in the worst way.

This place is a joke because my dad paid cash for a 2005 Honda Accord and a promise in fixing the tranny all down in the contract. It's taking them two months to find a new-used refurbished transmission and the way they keep you informed is like trying to communicate with a deaf person. You want a set date on repairs, good luck. They are constantly firing and hiring mechanics that they can't get these cars fixed in a timely matter or if at all and most of the mechanics are a bunch of young dudes who care more "souping" up the suburus or honda hatchbacks. One of the partners of Velocity is somewhat my family and I still can't get that decent customer service. All in all, everything that could go wrong WILL go wrong. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!
