Worked all day on my test, got to a question, and it wouldn't let me pass. I called the lady and she said, I probably have to restart my test 4 hours into my test, so I wrote them that I should get a refund. And got no response, my test continued. After I got it to work. I got to the final questions and they just erased my whole test. I got no response, no help, no nothing do not take this test, they are very bad at responding back to questions and they do not help you at all. Thank you for 12 hours wasted owner of the company told me that he is a third party. Help me out after I called him.I am super happy now, thank you Mike, for helping me out

Informative, knowledgeable and to the point. Worth the time & expense. Preferable to many other available options. Will continue to spend my money on training here.

My instructor was awesome, he had a great knowledge of the material and easy to talk to. My only complaint is no vending machine and better chairs are needed.

I was very pleased with the instructor. He was very knowledgeable and, an excellent communicator. I will be definitely signing up for the next class.

I would like to thank Clint for a new and refreshing way to instruct a classroom of men and woman.I am a retired Chicago Police Officer and I enjoyed every minute.
