Had to reset filter on ero system . After several tries via the steps in the manual I had to call. I was steered towards having someone come out for a fee. However I demanded to talk to a manager. Brian a costumer service manager took the time to help me get the right information on resetting my system . I wanted to recognize this kind individual for taking the time to help me

Do not buy from All About Water. While I was out of the country, my wife went to Costco. She accepted a water test at my house, a sneaky salesman by the name of Jake charged her $8000.00 for the water softener. My wife has no concept of numbers and product value, Jake lied about the warranty and reimbursement. After six months the Water system needed service, a technician came to my house. He wanted over $300.00 for parts and labor, so I told him to undo what he did and to get lost. I talked to a woman by the name of Ashley, and I asked for my money back. Since she refused, I went to the Attorney general. After a few days, I got a letter from the Attorney general with names of legal organizations that could help me. My wife is in poor health, so I decided not to continue with this matter. But you can help yourself by not dealing with such a dishonest company.

Wyatt F installed a new water heater for my son today. He did a great job explaining all the details of the work he would do and answered all my questions. The job was finished in a timely manner and Wyatt was very friendly and professional. Thanks Wyatt!

Rude technicians. Come into the home without removing shoes or wearing any shoe covers. Two years in a row critical components of my system are failing or broken. Tech walks me over to the sink to tell me my membrane is failing and I'm getting less than 50% of what my system should be giving me. I ask him if he can show it to me, he has to go outside to his truck to get a tool to read the TDS on my water. Tech reads the water TDS and says, if we let the meter go, it will jump up to 150, pulls a calculator out, does some math (150-500=400 divided 400 by 500) and got 74% (not 50%) so an embellishment. A quick few google searches seems to reveal that drinking water is "excellent" rated between 50-150 TDS. I am extremely tired of having to spend $700-$800 a year on maintenance and failed systems only having had the system for less than two years. Two times All about water have been to my home, they have found critical issues in my systems. This all seems to happen so the company can push their $32 a month subscription fee every time they come out. Reached out to support, waiting to hear back from management. I'd really like to find a competitor at this point.
