They abuse their power and want you too be a prisoner until the day you graduate from your internship I was kicked out because project staff locked me out the building for over 20 minutes and when I knocked on the door project staff proceeded to cop an attitude with me for knocking on the door. Shortly after that conversation me and him had I was told I'm not allowed on campus after hours anymore.

I graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2020. And as an international student I couldn't be more grateful for all the support the school has given me. The amount of experience, tools and knowledge that the school provided me with was undoubtedly an important factor in discovering and pursuing my path in the professional audio industry. Each of the people that conform CRAS made me feel at home, in an environment of respect and willingness which gave me the security to face the working world in the best possible way.

Don't waste your time or money on a team that doesn't communicate with you until it is too late. Lots of technical problems as well, assignments and attendance sometimes do not appear on their end and you will suffer for it.

Let's be honest, there are many better options when it comes to obtaining audio engineering certifications. Take it from me: I went for about 3 1/2 months and in that time I was working to pay for rent, car repair, groceries and just survive, in general. This required I work when I wasn't at school but also resulted in my termination from the school. I worked late nights and long shifts just to be able to attend school. However, they terminated me from the program because I wasn't giving enough time to the school. They told me that, if I wanted to come back (Ha, not likely), I would need to be able to afford 9 months of living with no job so I could completely focus on the school. Thing is, if I had the kind of money it takes for that to be an option, I wouldn't even need to go! Now I'm in tremendous debt to a school I attended for 3 1/2 months and I will be for a long time to come. This school doesn't care about you, as a person, they care about your money and, should you "make it big", that they are attached to your name and anything you do in your career. They are WAY too expensive and they could care less if you're in debt and kicked out of the program. So, all that said, should you attend CRAS? In a word: NO!
