Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

We are here visiting and at home we don't have a Cafe Rio so when we see one we always have to go since it's my family's favorite place. Well this was the worse cafe Rio I have been too. The customer service was horrible the lady we put our order in was rude and upset she was annoyed she had to help us and do to go orders on top of it. She threw the to go receipt that someone gave her because she was mad she had to do it she wouldn't listen when my husband told her what meat he wanted. The others were nice. It was also very cluttered and messy they had rags just sitting at the soda machine and a bucket on the counter. Food was ok I definitely had better.

You are looking at spending $11+ for anything (enchilada, burrito, salad, etc) at this place and if anyone told you "this is the better version of Chipotle", let me tell you this it is not. At least you'd never spend $11+ at chipotle and it is ridiculous that they charge you +$1 for grilled chicken. The food here is average and overhyped & the taste is quite salty on the burrito. If I didn't get $5 off coupon making it $7 meal, I would've left to get some Canes. Chipotle > Cafe Rios.

Favorite salad but lately the meat is non existent. A spoonful of meat in a big ol salad.
