This place is nothing short of a magical place!  I never knew I had the capacity to love so many people in this world.  The staff is fantastic, accommodations are more than adequate for the purpose, food is excellent and the program of recovery is stellar.  This is probably the safest place I have ever been.  Take away the substances of abuse and underneath even the most difficult patient is a real, decent, caring human being.  The staff to patient ratio is more than one-to-one overall.  Almost 100 days free from hell, I owe my life to my family and to this institution.  I saw some things there that border on the miraculous, found my higher power through the generosity and wisdom of first nations people, and discovered the beginnings of a new life.  Just go, do what they say when they say and let it happen.  I want to go back.  Medical, psychological, counselling and support staff have all been there, done that.  Cannot say enough about their care and compassion.  Great place.
