Pamela Bir has ben a life saver for my computer needs! She is very knowledgeable and professional and has helped me learn a lot about managing files. Solar Concepts first hired Your Computer Lady in 2005. We needed help setting up a database that would also serve as a scheduler. Back then every there we very few databases that could be configured into a scheduler. Every layer of the program had to be programmed and manually designed. Your Computer Lady sat patiently with us to understand the needs of the company. The new program changed how we did business. We were able to schedule with a click of a button. Seventeen years later we still use the same design with just a few updates. Fast forward to 2020. Our old website was looking old and ragged. My attempts at trying to ‘fix’ it made it look like a fingerpainting project for a 5-year-old. I thought, ‘Hey, What about YCL?! After one phone call I knew I would have spanking new website. All the prep work was done over the phone and by email. She understood where I wanted to go with the site. She understood my personality. She understood how I wanted this company to be portrayed. To my amazement and satisfaction, she was getting tasks accomplished faster than I could get material to her. She was always one or two steps ahead of me moving the company toward more exposure. When Pamela works with a company, she treats it as though it were her own. She not only takes pride in what she does, but ownership of it too. She wants you succeed. Sometimes I get bogged down in the day-to-day business chores, I forget about the minor or major details that can make a big difference. I can count on Pamela to encourage me to give that extra effort. All businesses need help. Some tasks just take too much time away from everyday business. It makes financial sense to find a professional to take over these tasks and do them efficiently. Time well spent makes money. Time wasted trying to figure out a problem only leads to financial loss. Who do you hire? The best place to look is referrals from other companies. In my opinion, you cannot do better than Your Computer Lady.
