Weak inventory, sold me a bag of infested peat base mix. Have pro mix bx prices printed out and posted on the wall, yet they don't carry the bx. Cashier looked like he was on drugs. Store was filthy, items were on the floor and in the way of the dusty stock on the shelves. Customer service didn't exist. Will not return.

I've been a customer here for almost 5 years. I bought everything I needed from this store. Now they have a new owner and completely new staff and I can't get them to order anything for me. When they didn't forget to order for me, they ordered the wrong things. I have been waiting for them to tell me what's going on with an RMA on a ballast for over 3 months, then when I asked about it they said " Oh yeah we got credit for it" so I told them to order me a new one. 2 weeks and several calls later when I asked when the ballast would be in they tell me that the warranty was up and they couldn't RMA it. I've lost plants trying to maintain my loyalty waiting on my orders only to have to order it somewhwere else. We miss the old owner and management. I have found a great new store that will have everything I need within a few days at unbeatable prices...Hydroponics Depot at metro center
