King Home Inspections

Mike and the whole King Home Inspection staff was so great to work with. They were very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. I went through 2 home inspections back to back with Mike. Mike was so thorough. He answered every question we had and explained everything so well. Thanks to him for giving us a great inspection, we didn’t take a house with so many underlining issues. He came right back and gave us another thorough inspection on a gorgeous home. Great company to work with.

We needed a home inspection done quickly on a house we had put an offer. Everyone at King Home Inspection was very communicative about what to expect ahead of time and set up an appointment to check out the house within 48 hours. Mike and Richard did a thorough job on the inspection, taking pictures of everything. They were friendly and professional. Mike McGary took us through the entire property, explaining everything they found, and gave advice on what areas he recommended getting a specialist out for further inspection. A detailed report was then emailed. We were very satisfied with this home inspection!

I wish I could give Mike 6 stars. That good. Ive dealt with home inspections twice before - - and Mark was leaps and bounds better than my two prior inspections. Not only was he super thorough but he also explained every thing he examined, why it matters, and how concerned I should be. I'm lucky he was referred to me!!

We are under contract to purchase our home and we recently had a home inspection through King Home Inspections. 1. They were extremely fast in getting our inspection scheduled 2. They were always responsive and communicated with us when our inspection was changed 3. Our inspector Tim walked us through the entire home pointing out each and every item on his report and made sure we understood hot items that we would need to address sooner than later. He also touched on items that were not pressing but things we wouldn’t have otherwise looked at too heavily in the report. 4. Tim was extremely through and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was inspected including the roof and all electrical outlets Tim was a pleasure to work with and we would happily recommend him and King to anyone going through the inspection process!
