Poor Customer service! They dont listen very well I asked them numerous time not to contact us... but they just keep calling. The "super-visor" said she "Would be happy to rip my stuff up" What ever that means... Everything is digital now. I hope you dont get a paper cut ripping up a stack of post-it notes.

I have been getting calls from these guys for no less than two years offering me some amazing deal on sawzall blades. Every time I let them know I have no interest and to stop calling me. The calls have yet to stop and again an hour ago I was given a call again. Anyone know how I can file a complaint with the proper authorities? At this point it is just plain harassment. My caller ID showed Hi Yield Industrial so I don't thing the independent contractors you have working for you applies in my case.

Stay away.....Was made promise of free items if I placed order. Never received my free blades. After calling about it they said the would send out. Never received anything promised but an invoice. After calling (very hard to get anyone on the phone) they said it would be taken care of. What did I get? A letter from a debt collection agency. What a joke. There are much better companies out there. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Would give no stars if I could. I work at a HVAC company and get calls constantly. They are rude and will not take no for an answer. I got a little rude back and they hung up on me, I tried to call them back so I could bug them as much as the bug me and the number was disconnected... SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
