If you are reading my review you have found your next contractor! My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. 10/10 would recommend Quentin - we are SO happy that we chose him to do our home remodel. We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we’re on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well. On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did... 1. Moved toilet to a different wall 2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space 3. Install floor tile 4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche 5. Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for "cheap" you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it. Service: Remodelling

Quentin and his team do some of the best work I have ever experienced. I recently had pavers put in my backyard and received many bids. Some contractors told me it would take 4-5 days. Urban Element completed the project in 2 days and even rerouted our sprinkler system lining the pavers. They gave us 6 extra spouts ensuring the coverage was accurate for our size lawn. This is what it is about!! I need someone that will do what is RIGHT not what is easiest. Thank you Urban Element for a job well done.
