I come in here every single morning for coffee. While most experiences are fine, I do have some complaints. How come the coffee utensils are rarely stocked? Thats unacceptable. Your store is understaffed so it makes PAYING CUSTOMERS feel unwelcome and uninviting to ask for help because your workers are OVER WORKED.
DO BETTER for people that PAY YOU $$$$!!!

2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday and all the doors were locked with a sign saying that they would be back at 1:50 PM.

Sunday 9/24 at 10:12 am the black older lady just has a stank face all the time. If she doesnt verbally say it she surely shows it when it comes to women. Idk what her issue is but her face isnt pleasant at all, like the customer is an inconvenience to her. Thankfully the younger lady who was working was super helpful. Btw I AM also a black woman and I know an irritated worker when I see one.

Highly disappointed with the decline in customer service and customer appreciation at this and other Circle K locations. This evening, at 9:50pm, when trying to buy a few things was directed to use the self pay kiosk. A sign hung on the machine stating that only cards could be used, no cash. I advised the clerk that I only had cash and his response was that he was already signed out of the register. Paying with a card at the kiosk was the only option.
I have long been a Circle K customer. After a series of disappointing experiences, culminating with this one, I have decided that when given the choice, I will choose Quick Trip (QT) over Circle K moving forward.
