    I had been considering a mister system for a year. Many of the companies offer specials then when they come their actual bid is double. AquaScience did not do that. I spoke to the owner and explained I wanted a fair price and that's what they gave me. They scheduled installation and performed it in one day. That was 4 months ago and I waited to review them to see if it worked as promised..... It does. We enjoy it and it cools the area by about 20 degrees. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and quality.

    I recently had my water softener replaced. The technician was very nice, and I appreciated the hard work in this AZ heat. However, it should be pointed out that the placement of the water softener was not ideal and I was not notified there was an issue with the placement until after it was installed. He offered to redo it, but it was already 7pm! I will likely have to pay a plumber to change it, which could have been avoided by just consulting with me first.

    The serviceman was excellent. He came in, replaced our reverse osmosis tank in a very timely way and explained how it works. He was very respectful and cleaned up after he finished the job. We love the new tank!! Thank you.

    I had them come out Wednesday 6/9/2021. Gerald came to give the estimate. When he was leaving he said, "I'll have an estimate to you in about an hour." I didn't care about getting "in an hour" as it wasn't that urgently needed. On 6/10 I sent a note to the company saying that I had not received the estimate (just to make sure it hadn't been sent to junk/spam and I missed it). Paul replied and apologized and said he sent the message to my estimator and "he will be sending an estimate today." On 6/14 I sent another message saying I still have not received an estimate. On 6/15, I sent a text message stating it has now been a week and the estimate I was told I would have "in about an hour" still has not made it to me. Paul again replied that he will help Gerald and get me an estimate "today." Friday 6/18....still no estimate. I finally told them on 6/21/2021 that if they can't get me an estimate TODAY, then don't bother....no response. If that's the level of service you want and expect, they might do ok. I know I want better service than that. Just plain horrible....and that was to make a sale. Just imagine how horrible it would be if it was a post sale service call and they already had your money.

    We did a major remodel this past Fall and decided to install an RO system to augment the many other changes we were making. We are getting older and the thought of continuing to visit the water store every few weeks to refill water bottles and purchase ice was becoming less attractive. We shopped some different RO systems at various retailers but weren't finding what we were looking for at the cost point we had hoped for. Our daughter had a new home built 3 years ago and had an RO system installed at that time. She had good experiences with the vendor, Aqua Science, so we decided to contact them about installing a system in our home. We're glad we did. The sales consultant listened to what we were looking for and explained the various options that they could provide. He sent us pricing information with a number of options and gave us time to review the information. He answered follow-up questions we had. We decided to go ahead and scheduled an install date. Due to construction and appliance delivery delays we had to reschedule the installation several times and were accommodated by Aqua Science in a friendly, understanding, and positive manner. On the final scheduled date the individual doing the installation was on time and was sensitive to the COVID-19 pandemic situation we were all going through at that point. He explained what he would be doing before he started. He installed the under sink and countertop equipment and connected the system to our new refrigerator-that included water dispensing and ice making features. He answered any questions we had and provided helpful suggestions. He completed the installation within the expected timeframe and provided the information we needed to use the system. We did have a very minor drip issue after he left but were able to tighten hoses ourselves and didn't require a follow-up service call to address the issue. We have been using the system for 3 months now and are very happy with it. We have had no negative issues with the system itself or with its connection or operation with our new refrigerator. The water tastes great and we feel better about drinking water, and using ice, that has been filtered. The filtration system provides more than adequate yield and we follow the advice to use it as much as we can, including purging it once a week. We have not had an issue with not having filtered water come out of the tap or the refrigerator when we wanted/needed it. We received a follow-up call and message from Aqua Science to see how the system was working and whether we were pleased with it or not. We have only had to call the service number once and received a quick and helpful response when we did so. We plan to have Aqua Science come out to do a system inspection and regular maintenance when that time comes. I have no reservations about recommending Aqua Science to anyone I know who may be looking for a new RO system, or for a company that could help them with an existing system should they have any issues with it.
