I would never order anything from Direct TV again, there customer service is in mexico somewhere. their customer service is sooo BAD!!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE FOR AMERICANS. I AM STRUGGLING TRYING TO GET MY DIRECT TV TO WORK. SO IT LOOKS LIKE I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IM GIVING THEM ONE MORE TRY. I WILL UP DATE THIS POST ON MY DECISION. VERY DISAPPOINTING! :(

I stopped at this retailer at the direction of Dish tech support to pick up a switch to use with a western arc 1000.4 dish. this is what I was told to do by tech support so that my 211k receiver would pick up both the 110 & 119 satellites. I couldn't even explain to the person there what my issue was he just said he has been doing this for 10 years and dish didn't know what they were talking about and either did I. I tried to explain that i could setup the dish and receive one of the sats on one coax coming from the lnb and the other sat on the other coax.
I asked if we could look at a manual for one of the dishes and he said he didn't need to because he knew what he was talking about. He either wanted to sell me a service call or a tail gaiter dish which i wanted none of. I couldn't do anything because he would even listen or check my statements and just came across that Dish tech support and I didn't know anything we are talking about.
I would steer clear of this place they have new clue what customer service is.
