Went in for a full leg wax today and I believe I left with more hair on my legs than when I walked in. The girl was sweet but literally missed a whole side of both legs, missed my knees, and completely missed my entire upper legs. I am also still covered in wax and very sticky. Do not get a wax here!!!!!

When I arrived the owner of the school and other trainers were hands on! Very impressive they seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure accurate technique was used. I was there for a cut and got a styling as well and was very happy with the result! Best haircut I've had! Note: this is my second cut here ( I love getting cut here)! I'll definitely be back; Carstens is great!

Jan. 2016 was my very first time to ever go into Carsten's academy I made an appt. for a haircut and color. When I first got there I was impressed by the solon ! My stylist who greeted my was so nice and friendly, she first cut my hair she did such a great job, except the front hairline was a little uneven but the cut was good overall. The next day I got my color done, Whoa, what technique this girl had it had sooo many foils, she used bleach which usually my hair responds very well too, but when I got home I had hoped it was a little blonder. Overall the experience was great, and not to mention the prices... I will definitely be back!
