Don't waste your time. Leasing agent practically refused to show any of the available apartments. Instead, she would only show the model apartments 10 ft away from the leasing office. Big red flag. They really do take advantage of college students that don't know any better

Living at SALT apartments has been an absolute pleasure, thanks to the incredible team that makes this place feel like home. Drew, the leasing manager, Myke, the maintenance manager, and Taylor, the building manager, consistently deliver top-notch customer service, lightning-fast response times, and unwaveringly positive attitudes. Whether it's a question about leasing, a maintenance request, or just a friendly chat in passing, they always go above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and valued. Their dedication to excellence sets SALT apart from any other apartment building I've lived in. I couldn't be happier with my experience here, and I wholeheartedly recommend SALT to anyone in search of a community where they'll be truly taken care of. Five stars isnt enough!

My first year living at Salt was great! The amenities and the outdoor space was the biggest pull factor in choosing this apartment complex. However, the second year of living here has not been as great since the new construction has begun. The amenities are harder to use and access if you are able to access them at all. The construction is also loud and comes with many uncertainties of when it will be completed. The parking garage is a mess, and Ive also gotten stuck in the elevator a few times. Salt is a nice place. The maintenance people are amazing. Mike and Dennis are so friendly and helpful. They also get things done very efficiently and timely. Most of the front office/ leasing people are very sweet and helpful as well. Drew, and Taylor have always been very accommodating and kind. Just might want to consider all the construction and the issues that accompany it.
