Sidney and his team are hands down the most down to earth, ethical, and professional people. He is always up to date on the latest laws and legal implications regarding taxes, because he teaches it! There are years where I will complete my and my wife's simple tax returns (a few years at a time) and whenever I come back to him to do them and make sure I didn't mess something up, he is always helpful and reassures me that I'm ok. I say that to say he doesn't apply the fear tactic to keep me paying him to do them! I love that. I highly recommend and have recommended Sidney to my close friends who still use him for years now. Ive been using Sidney for several years now and he is prompt and responsive. This year I submitted all my tax documentation into an online portal and he had it completed within only a few hours and had it ready to efile (this was in January for reference). Even during the busiest of tax season Sidney has taken the time to answer my questions and made me feel informed. I also love the online portal allowing me to do everything from my house.

I have been using this company for several years and everything was great up until last year and I was very disappointed with the outcome. I dropped my tax information off at the end of March, they informed me they need to file an extension, which I was fine with, I understand. I gave them a month before I reached out for an update on my taxes. I was told Sidney was out of the office that they would call me back when he gets in. I never got a call back, I know they are busy so I understand things happen. I waited another week and called back, Sidney is out of the office until the following week, they will have him call me back, I waited another two weeks and no call back. I called back and yet again he is busy with a client and they call have him call me back. I wait another few days and at this point we are almost at two months since I dropped my taxes off so I text Sidney's cell phone number to get an update on my taxes. I get a message back and he starts filing my taxes with me over text message!!!! I am baffled by this, he asks me a few questions and I asked why its taken this long and he just said it been a busy year. So after two months of waiting my taxes are being filed via text message and he tells me that I owe $750.00 this year, I asked him why? Nothing has changed to what Im filing than I did the previous years when I didn't have to owe anything, he just replied "that that's just what it's showing". At the end of the day if I owe money then I owe money, but its the careless way to file someone taxes via text message after waiting two months makes it feel like it was not done correctly and not thoroughly looked into and as a result as to why I owe money.
