T-Mobile

We were with our previous carrier (and its predecessors) since 1986 and even owned retail stores that sold cell phones and service with that carrier. They priced themselves out of the market. The Surprise AZ T-Mobile store at Pasada helped us immensely to switch. Their rep, Huy, made the switch painless. He explained everything just the way I would have wanted one of my team members to do. Thank you, Huy!

I called tmobile customer service and had a warranty exchange issued on my second phone. The phone was sent to the closest store near me. I called the store and told them I was at the end of the deadline (that day) to pick up the phone but if they could hold it until tomorrow. The employee said yes, that would be fine and we set an appointment for the following day to complete the exchange. I show up to my appointment, and I had to wait for one of the two employees to assist me. The employee then told me my order was canceled. I explained that I called and was told the phone would be held. The employee called and confirmed they could not cancel the order and I would have to redo the process. What a waste of time and gas! Someone there needs remedial training!

Zero star. A rep made a mistake in entering my transaction. The promotion that they offered was not applied to my account and I ended up paying more than I should be paying monthy. The manager promised to correct the problem, cannot guarantee if the overcharge on my bill will be credited back to my account but I was told I would be paid back and would be contacted. I called T Mobile Customer Care since I received a new bill with the same incorrect charge and I was told there were no changes or correction made to my account. The manager has not called me back yet. It seems like the mistake of a staff is being placed at customer's expense.
