I have used cartridges form this Cartridge World for years. Tim is as honest as they come and you will save big dollars over time. I will go no where else and recommend Cartridge World to all my customers. Remember manufactures cannot void the warranty for using Cartridge World Ink or Toner. Keep up the great work Tim.

I thought I'd share how rude the (owner?) was on 3/31/15.
Last week my wife went into the Surprise location to consider buying some ink cartridges. We had been getting an error and the printer said replace only with HP. After talking with the heavyset man behind the counter (who I think is the owner), he convinced her that she had 30 days to take them back; no questions asked. Unbeknownst to her, I already bought some genuine HP cartridges on sale from Best Buy in Surprise which was about the same as the re-worked generic models. So I came back with my receipt and 4 un-opened packages.
That's when the attitude started. He huffed and puffed and pointed to a wall stating their policy. He rambled how his policy has been that way for a long time (but it was not on the receipt). I explained that he told my wife that it wasn't a problem. He said we could return them ONLY if we tried them but he would reluctantly take them back. I apologized to calm him down but that didn't help. He said "if you are sorry, then take these back!" as he tossed my receipt back at me. I calmly said that he didn't have to get rude and he barked back "how would you feel if you had to give back $61??"
I wish I was making this up!
I love to support my local small businesses. But rest assured I'm going to be spreading the word on our 1,000 person local neighborhood forum. So re-consider patronizing someone who will turn on you in a split second!
