Have called MULTIPLE times in the last 2 weeks with no answer and decided to drive there and no one answered the door! The door it is locked during posted business hours of being open. Just wanted to but my daughter in law a gift certificate for Christmas! Oh well..... they lost my business!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for sure

I made an appt for a massage to help my sciatica problem. The morning of the massage, (appt was for 3 PM), I wasn't able to walk due to pain. I couldn't have climbed on the table for the massage so I cancelled my appt. They charged me $49.50 on my credit card because of the cancellation. I'm 76 years old and would have loved to have the massage. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I'LL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!! There are always exceptions to a policy. Also just know that they have everyone's credit card numbers. I told them to delete mine as well as my account. Buyer beware.

Etremely disappointed in this business. I’ve never written an negative review before, but after my experience, I feel like it’s appropriate. I bought a Groupon for two sessions of thermalift. I have already been here once before for my thermalift consultation where I filled out paperwork and gave them my personal information. I don’t live close to this business but I was super interested in giving this treatment a try. For my first thermalift session, it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there, and when I arrive they tell me they cannot service me. I put on the paperwork that I filled out 2 weeks prior to this appointment that I have high cholesterol, and they said they needed a doctors approval before proceeding. This is something that should of been communicated to me way before my appointment. They said they tried calling me that day to inform me, but when I checked my phone I didn’t receive any phone calls from them. I asked to see the numbers they called and both numbers were wrong. To me, it feels like they didn’t put much effort into contacting me. All they needed to do was to look at my paperwork to find my correct phone number, pretty easy. These ladies that worked on the night of the 1/22 were not apologetic at all, they had no regard for the time and money wasted on my end. I know there are more important things in life than getting skin treatments done, but it didn’t sit right with me the way the situation was handled and they way they made me feel. As a staff, it didn’t appear like they cared about their client, which is probably why the business is always empty. Now I wasted 3 hours of my day for a treatment I never received, plus time and gas. Sad business.
