Have lived here 2 years. Love the layout of the houses but there seems to be nonstop problems with our house. Water leaking from the pipes outside, sink inside leaking, air conditioning leak in our attic, floor on upstairs level was sinking in and had to get that redone.

I went to see the models. Nice homes. Ended up not buying a home.

I wasnt that impressed with the person showing the models. Was not very good at what he does. For the love of God, give them an email that you dont often use because they will spam you multiple times a day
