Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Customer service was good. Mac n cheese you could tell it was sitting out all day. The pulled pork sandwich was extremely salty and the bbq sauce was not good at all. Highly recommend going to Shane’s BBQ over this place any day of the week. Disappointed since this place is close to home.

I ordered online at 5:45 tonight. I was told pickup at 6, which I walked in at 5:57 and told the person at the checkout my name and order. At 6:15 I checked my order progress and it said order was picked up. I told the girl and guy and showed them on my phone. Finally, at 6:30 I was handed my bag with the receipt. Checked the bag and it wasn’t correct. I handed it back and told them to check the receipt and change the contents that were wrong. I didn’t raise my voice or say anything negative to them. I was handed the correct order a few minutes later. No sorry or even a thanks for waiting. The location in Surprise AZ isn’t run very well at all, but this was horrendous.

The meat looks amazing when it comes out but is completely lacking in flavor. The Mac and cheese was good but the burnt ends and brisket were slacking. Also $18 for 2 meat 2 sides is kinda ridiculous, I'd recommend trying out Rudy's BBQ.

We've never had an issue till last weeks visit. The brisket AND ribs were DRY. had some flavor but wasn't good. The membrane was still on the ribs. And the bread was hard. Difficult to bite into. After my almost 9 dollar tip we paid 60 bucks for 2 people. Wish we didn't have to pay till after cause I would have given like 2 bucks.........lolhate to be a "karen" online but this was last week and im still salty. And im not the type to complain in person so I guess you could say its my own fault but Jesus, you're a bbq place. Make sure you look at your product before sending it out. Lol rant over.
