        I witnessed one of your tow truck drivers rip an entire, "No Parking" sign out of the ground with his dragging chains and tow hook. He was going southbound on the 24 in Queen Creek. License Plate #B6A1CEA. I saw him park, throw his frayed tow hook back to the ground in disappointment, and then saw him drive off.
