Granada had been very professional and knowledgeable. They have been able to solve a lot of issues since we have moved in such as multiple ant hills and several types of bugs inside and out.

WE USED THIS COMPANY AT MY 86 YEAR OLD AUNTS HOUSE AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY MAGNIFICENT!!! When I initially called the office they accommodated our scheduling needs. Then we had a change in plans and we had the pleasure of meeting a very kind, patient and considerate young man named Robert. His customer service skills were EXEMPLARY! He contacted us to let us know the status of his arrival and when he got to my Aunts house he was so patient and caring with her. I was on the phone with my aunt during his entire visit and I heard him answer all of her questions and explain everything he was doing. He also explained the cyclical weather cycles and how it impacts pest behavior. It was fascinating and he was extremely informative. Then, when it came time to pay, we were prepared to pay one amount, but he said since the property was so small it was a much lesser amount, which was a Godsend for my Aunt since she is on a fixed income. I am very careful with screening companies to service my Aunts home and I looked at several companies. Im SO GLAD I chose Granada, and you should too!
