I would not recommend this office, nor would I recommend Dr. Horsley. Office Staff is unprofessional, and my personal experience with Dr. Horsley is less than satisfactory. Please do your research and find another office and doctor.

To the southwest eye Institute and surgeons LTD. My name is Alexander Gonzales and I recently had a surgery on both eyes by a great doctor person and human being. I would like everyone to know about what it feels like to be able to see without contact lenses for the first time in my life. This great doctor went out of his way to help me without his help. I have been legally blind.
So thank you, Dr. SINGH and staff,, for what you have done for me to you, your entire staff and nurses, everyone involved to help me be able to see for the first time in my life. Its wonderful no words can explain the miracle I received. thank you, Dr. SINGH for your Treatment, I hope I can say I have a great ophthalmologist and optometrist your patient Alex Gonzales.

My dad was scheduled for sx for 06/2022 and they cancelled on him without letting us know until i called to see whats going on we come to find out the surgeon left the practice and my dad had to be r/s for 02/2024 for sx and guess what? Less than a month from the sx day we get a call to r/s the surgery YET AGAIN because now the 2nd surgeon quit. A year wait.. wasted. Whats going on with this practice that providers are just getting up and quitting?? I wouldnt recommend and if i could rate it zero trust me i would.
