Jedin did an excellent job of evaluating and tuning our piano which had not been tuned for several years. He was extremely thorough and asked several questions about the history and use of the piano. I was especially pleased that when he did discover an issue, he explained the problem and the options based on the age and use of the piano. We greatly appreciated his suggestions and the reasonable charge for all his work. Will definitely call on him again. By the way, communication through his website was easy and his response very quick. Thanks, Jedin!

After letting me know he was on his way, Jedin arrived on time. He was careful when working with the piano, friendly, and informative. The work was completed for the quoted amount and he corrected some very minor issues not related to the tuning while he was working. I am overall very satisfied with the work done and the manner in which it was completed, and will use Bianchi for future tunings.
