Call someone else if you want actual help or decent common courtesy.... I called him to ask about health insurance plan options (in my opinion a reasonable request as he is listed as a health insurance agent, and in his pictures here, his business signage says "health insurance"... Terry answered the phone, and when I asked about health insurance options, he said "no thanks" and rudely hung up the phone. As stated before... call or go somewhere else if you want to be treated with an ounce of dignity.
