        I just moved so I need to cancel my service. You cant do it on the website, so I called as instructed, said the wait was 12 minutes. Waited on hold 28 minutes and it said I had a wait time of 21 minutes. 44 minutes into the call, it disconnected. Epcor needs an alternate method to cancel service

        Trying to change service into my name, 4 days and total 3 hours on hold and can't get a person. 5 calls just got voice mail. Whole time on hold being told your wait is 1 minute and my business is important. Haha, yah no. Then the topper leave me a shut off notice on my door. So f'in mad. They don't care and don't have to.
