While it looked like the place was closed, we pulled up in our RV and an attendant came out and filled our propane tank. He was obviously a professional and knew which adapter to use. Thank you for the great service!

Terrible customer service. Rude ladies in the office. Ron the manager full of excuses and false promises. Cancelled my service and went with a much better company (Owens) because sierra had no new technologies nor correct tanks I need for my home after waiting 6 months for them to get it figured out. They claimed they would refund me 80% of the full tanks. Never happened. Complaint filed w BBB.

Sierra Propane has provided me the highest customer service from day one. Their staff has been helpful, professional and clearly eager to do what it takes to make me a satisfied customer. Their rates are very competitive and the options they offer in equipment and services gave me exactly what I have needed. Good people, good product, great service, great prices.
