This is a great company. I had trouble with Fidelity warranty and He fought for us and was very helpful in getting the warranty co to get our unit ordered and installed. I would highly recommend them for your ac/heating needs.

My husband Ken and I are very pleased with Randy. He is courteous, professional, reliable. He answered all our questions. He worked continuously until the job was completed. The job was done at a reasonable price. He replaced our old ac unit with a newer one. He made sure everything was working probably before he left. We would highly recommend him for any heating / air conditioning work you need done. He was neat and clean, he didn’t leave a mess when he left. We will call him when we need anything else done that involves heating and cooling.

Randy came out after another vendor failed to show up at the designated time. Randy asked a few questions and was off to work. After checking a few things and a part or two replaced, we were up and running. If it wasn't for Randy being punctual and responsive, we would have been without air conditioning for many more days.
