        Called and made appointment. They called back and cancelled. Said they would call me back to reschedule and never did. I call them 3 times, left emails, and text. No response. I notified Banker Insulation at corporate via email. They responded and assured me that White Mountain Insulation would get back with me before the days end. Well it's 9:30 PM. No response. No excuse for not following up. Unprofessional to say the least.
