We had them out 1 time with no problem. The 2nd appointment I had I waited till 2 pm and then called for a confirmation on what time they would come. i was told over the phone they would check with person in charge of scheduling and call right back. Never received a call back. Never showed for the appointment just wasted a day of my life waiting for them to show. No way to do business and not very considerate.

Beware. Paid $800 to have stickers/goatheads removed from my property. Called to let them know I still had a whole backyard full. They wanted to charge again for their service when they should have made sure they were permanently removed the first time. As a senior citizen I had to water this large area by buying a commercial sprinkler to use. According to the company my warranty expired and no second phone call to treat the goatheads. They probably would have charged me more money for the second treatment. So I am left with a backyard of goatheads and out $800. Should have used tru-green. I do not recommend this company. They are out for the money and don't fix the problem.

Randy does such a thorough job when he services my home. I love that he gets all the cobwebs down, even though I try to keep those down as much as I possibly can. I just wanted to give him a good review because he always does an exceptional job for me! You can’t go wrong with Sutton Pest Control!! They are the best!!!
