My 1st appointment here was fantastic! I had a wonderful experience with Linda the dental hygienist who also took lots of x-rays. Dr. Farr is very professional & easy to understand & follow. Im very happy to have found this full service Dental Practice.

Office ladies were fabulous, efficient and so nice and helpful. Loved the new patient gift. Dr Krista was also awesome. Highly recommend.

Dr. Krista AND all the staff are beautiful souls. I'm so glad I picked this office. It was worth the 2 hour drive !! Even gave me a gift bag with a mug as a new customer. Thanks guys

We used to like this office, until we constantly had issues with them and our insurance. First they try to call me to reschedule an appointment thats been scheduled for months to an earlier time, unfortunately I couldnt take the earlier slot. Since this is a Friday Im assuming that its be everyone there wants to leave early. Well they Call back 2 hours before my appointment and tell me I owe $600 at this appointment, $300 in past due, $300 In deductibles. I try to tell them that thats not right, our insurance has a LIFETIME deductible, once the $100 per person is met, you dont have to pay it again. The girl argues with me telling me it renews yearly. Then tells me I owe $300 for past services. My insurance covers these services 100%, so I shouldnt owe. I cancelled because I was fairly certain I shouldnt owe. Once I got off the phone with them, I called my insurance to verify and find that theyve only submitted one claim to them for $99 dollars for a cleaning and exam. Verified that my deductible is in fact a LIFETIME deductible. While we enjoyed Krista as a Dr., we wont be back. Trying to get people to cancel appointments because you want to leave is just unprofessional. And Im sure Im going to see a bill for canceling too.
