Our home was built in 2017 by professional choice builders. It was finished on time with minimal issues. Mr. Allan Walpole and his subs were very responsive to all the changes we made during construction. We found him to be honest and forthright during the entire process. All correction after occupancy were done in a timely manner. We have built several homes in the past and this was the easiest we have encountered. This is the 10th home or larger boat we have either built or remodeled and by far this has been the easiest and enjoyable for my wife and I! When our Realtor introduced us to Allan & Trena she told us that Professional Choice Builders was not the cheapest Builder on the Mountain; but certainly one of the most honest, transparent and experienced. The total project (including the construction of a Guest house) took about 8 months thru the winter and ended on time and on budget. His relationship with his employees and the Vendors is just rewarding to watch. They were here when they were supposed to be and always knew the details of their jobs. Allan had some wonderful artistic and cost saving ideas which were incorporated into the project with outstanding results. The creation of our Guest House is an example of Allan's artistic creativity and his experienced approach to problem solving. An added bonus: My wife and I feel that we all walked away from the project as true friends! Professional Choice Builders is an 5 star company. Allan and Trena are an amazing couple that work with their clients to meet and exceed their custom home or cabin dreams. Allan’s professionalism and quality workmanship should never be questioned. He is one of the nicest and talented contractors in Northern Arizona. You will not be disappointed if your do business with them.
