AVOID this place. It doesnt even deserve one star. I never write reviews and Im not one to complain about food but this was literally the worst food that we have ever eaten in our entire lives. The positive reviews and photos of food that actual look decent have to be fabricated. Our food looked nothing like what we saw in reviews and it was absolutely awful. I ordered a salad which was just two huge stalks of romaine with a little dressing and corn on top and what appeared to be previously frozen chicken slices. The ribs were repulsive, fries were extremely dry and inedible. The waitress sucked, acted intoxicated and reeked of cigarette smoke. Overpriced and extremely disappointing. The Hilton needs to overhaul this restaurant, it is not in line with their brand.

We loved the igloo experience. It was the perfect ending to our day and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was super nice.

It was a winter wonderland. The attention to detail just let's you know the meal will be excellent. 1st went on Christmas eve and our dinner was so good we went back for breakfast. Our dinners were cooked to perfection. The service was premiere Bonnie at dinner and Cherry at breakfast. All is because of great management. Mike was present and made sure all are happy. He was there for dinner and breakfast. He must sleep there and definitely an asset to ShadowRock. Vegetarian options: I asked for them to make me something from what was on the menu and it was prefect and delicious.

Convenient to eat in the hotel, but not worth the money. We had a reservation and were promptly seated. We didn't book an igloo but they seated us in one. We were surprised that only the four course special menu was offered. When we booked our reservation it didn't say anything about their regular menu not being available. There was also an automatic gratuity on the bill, which isn't typical for a party of 4 and was not disclosed in our reservation or when we were seated. The special menu seemed like it would be good but was disappointing and not worth $120 per person. The crab cakes had an off taste. The lobster bisque had good flavor but wasn't warm when it was served. The salmon was overcooked and very dry. The corn risotto served with the salmon was crunchy and tasted like raw heavy cream. The filets were prepared fine, slightly over but not horrible, but the red wine reduction was not properly reduced and tasted like straight up raw wine. When we asked for butter for the lobster tails, we were brought a half stick of cold butter... we actually couldn't stop laughing because we've never seen cold butter served with a lobster tail. The lobster tails looked like the ones that cheap grocery stores would clearance for $10 so I guess they weren't worthy of melter butter. Our server was friendly so that was a plus. We look at it as we paid $500 for the igloo seating, not for the food.
